Dr. Sarah Rhoades-Kerswill

Assessment, Free Consultation, Psychotherapy, Screening

Dr. Sarah Rhoades-Kerswill is a Norman native and a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. She highly values the uniqueness of each person and their individual needs. She works collaboratively with you whether you need psychological assessment or psychotherapy. She believes that the foundation of working together is a solid relationship with your provider.

Dr. Rhoades-Kerswill is knowledgeable in evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapies rooted in evidence-based practice. She often approaches assessment from a Therapeutic Assessment lens, meaning that assessment is designed to have a therapeutic effect and be helpful on your journey to your most balanced self. It also means that some assessment is done regularly in therapy to help monitor progress towards your goals.

When not working with clients or volunteering with professional organizations, Dr. Rhoades-Kerswill enjoys time with her family, working on her latest sewing project and, when time allows, rolling for initiative.
